Cloud startup AchieveIt created a platform to link strategy, execution and results. It was so new, it required a new category, Results Management, to define it, combining features from disparate apps for planning, collaboration, analytics and goal setting. My charge was to tell the story in an engaging way while generating demand.
With a small, agile team and razor thin budget, we created benefit oriented messaging and content including website, brand ID, white papers, blogs and more. In <7 months, the client base grew +80%, staff/sales doubled and growth accelerated 4x. Web traffic was nearly +7x while the bounce rate dropped from 65 to 9%. We achieved #1 rank in organic SEO for strategic planning software and crafted a pitch one VC called the best they'd ever seen.
